Like you, I've had many difficulties and challenges in my life, and it was at my lowest that I knew things had to change. And I realised that the only way it would is if I made it happen myself. I've changed my life significantly with supportive habits, consistent action and a good mindset developed over time.
Not everyone wants to go to counselling, but they still need supportive strategies and skills to navigate life's challenges. And so, The Wellbeing Hub came to life!
This is a place where you take the reigns, you choose what you'd like to work on. I can't guarantee you'll feel a certain way, but I guarantee you will be doing things differently, and that will begin to open up options and shift your life. The Hub will grow over time to become a comprehensive database of information and strategies for you to use as you need. I can't wait to share it all with you!

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You can also rejoin at any time.
What is the time commitment per week/month?
That is completely up to you, but I would recommend incorporating the Breathing, Meditation + Mindfulness Library and other supportive habits into your daily life in order to create consistency and establish these in your life as your new go-to options.
If you choose to do the journaling/reflection workbooks that will take 30 minutes minimum - depending how long you're wanting to spend/how much detail you'd like to go in on these.
Workshops will be between 1-2 hours once a month.
Is this like seeing you for counselling?
