Individual counselling offers a space to slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and begin to respond differently.

Our work together is shaped around you - your experiences, your pace, and what you're wanting to change. You won't be judged or told what to do.

As we work together, you may find yourself seeing things from a new perspective or with new insight and understanding.​

Many of the challenges that bring people to therapy - anxiety, overthinking, emotional reactivity, feeling stuck - are connected to earlier experiences that haven't been fully processed. Even when life looks completely different now, those experiences can continue to quietly shape how you feel, respond, and relate to others.

As that begins to change, people often notice they feel more grounded, respond differently in situations that used to derail them, and move through life with a greater sense of clarity and steadiness.

I draw from a range of approaches depending on what you need:

  • Eye Movement Integration Therapy (EMIT)

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches

Sessions are tailored to you - not a fixed formula applied the same way to every person.

Sessions & Fees

  • Standard session (60 minutes) – $130

  • EMIT session (75 minutes) – $180

 

I offer a limited number of spaces at discounted rates for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me to check availability.

  • In-person: Aberglasslyn, NSW (Hunter Valley)

  • Online: Available Australia-wide

 

Appointments available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (evening), Thursday, Friday, and some weekends.

Booking & Important Information​

Book online or contact me directly. No referral required.

Sessions are privately funded and not covered by a Mental Health Care Plan or private health fund rebates. Many clients find this works in their favour - it allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and a pace of work that isn't dictated by a plan.
