I try to fix it straight away
When something feels off, I want to sort it out fast. I might overthink, seek reassurance, or find it really hard to let things go until I know we're okay.
I tend to avoid fights, keep my feelings to myself, and put other people's needs first. It's easier to smooth things over than risk upsetting anyone.​
